Still never showed up in timely manner for fixes. Came one time without notice when I had to leave the house knowing I need a heads up due to having dog. Fridge has been making the loudest clicking noises(showed management) for almost 6 months and dishwasher has been out of service for far more than 6 months. They’ve been inside multiple times to “check” situations as well. Still no fixes. I’ve been here almost 2 years

appliances keep breaking & they do not fix them in a timely manner, communication is severely lacking and they can’t keep staff in the leasing office - since I moved in they have switched managers multiple times and unfortunately the new people they bring in each time aren’t much better than the ones they had before. They make promises they can’t keep & then don’t answer phones/ ignore emails when you aren’t physically in the office to talk to them. When you are in the office they just feed you bs til you leave and then nothing gets fixed. This place has caused me a lot of inconvenience unfortunately - other than that I haven’t minded living here besides the Flock cameras they have installed right outside the property which is a huge invasion of privacy and we got no notice about or say in (: neighbors smoke a lot and are an odd crowd but that comes with income restricted properties lol.

I really like my apartment, it’s awesome!!, you guys have been nice to me in the 5 months I’ve lived here, I pray I live here, for quite sometime .

HORRIBLE COMPLEX! Neighbors fight constantly! Kids play outside at all times of the night disrupting other tenants. The Office Manager, Amanda illegally filed for an eviction after my lease expired and keys were turned in. Don't try to contact them over the phone; it's nearly impossible, and they will try to return your call 2-3 weeks later if you leave a voicemail. The complex opened in November of 2024, and there have been 4-5 Property Managers since the date of opening. The complex is always trashy, and the Maintenance men will try to enter your apartment without notice of any service request or required routine maintenance. I lived there until my lease was up, and somehow the Manager, Amanda, failed to process my move out and filed an eviction against me even after I no longer lived there. DO NOT recommend living here.

These apartments are beautiful! I have looked at similar ones and the rent is twice as high.
